Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Logtrics. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Logtrics, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies published by us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Service Description
Logtrics provides a cloud-based mobile logging and crash reporting platform. Our service allows you to:
- Collect and store application logs from mobile devices
- Monitor crashes and errors
- Search and analyze log data
- Set up alerts and notifications
- Integrate with third-party services
Service features and availability may vary by pricing plan.
3. Account Registration
To use Logtrics, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You may not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Subscription Plans: Our pricing plans are available at logtrics.io/pricing.
Billing:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
- We use Stripe for payment processing
Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Changes won't affect your current billing cycle.
Usage Overages: If you exceed your plan limits, we may charge overage fees as described in your plan details.
Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services, except as required by law.
Data Access: After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
- Use the service to process sensitive personal data without proper safeguards
- Exceed reasonable API rate limits
7. Data Ownership and Usage
Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to Logtrics. We do not claim ownership of your log data.
Our Use: You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to submit data to our service
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Not uploading personally identifiable information (PII) unless necessary
- Implementing appropriate security measures in your applications
Data Export: You may export your data at any time using our API or dashboard.
8. Service Level and Availability
Uptime: We strive to maintain high availability as described in our SLA for each plan tier.
Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
No Guarantee: While we work hard to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Intellectual Property
Our IP: Logtrics, our logo, and our software are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SDK License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SDKs in your applications.
Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by your actions
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Logtrics harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Pose a security risk
Upon termination, your access will cease immediately and your data will be deleted after 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
