Is the Free plan really free?
During the private beta, everyone gets free access. The Free plan includes 10,000 logs per day, 3 AI RCA and 3 AI Session Summaries per month, 1 team member, 1 app, and 3-day retention. No credit card required.
What happens when I outgrow the Free plan?
When you need more logs, apps, or longer retention, you can upgrade to a paid plan starting at $25/month billed annually ($29 month-to-month). Paid plans include unlimited team members, 365-day retention, and significantly higher log volumes.
Really unlimited team members? No tricks?
Yes! Add as many team members as you want on all paid plans (Starter and above). We charge for log volume and apps, not people. Your entire engineering org, QA team, and support staff can access logs at no extra cost. Note: The Free plan includes 1 team member.
What is your cancellation policy?
Paid plans are not billed during the private beta. When billing opens, you will be able to cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my log limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What's included in 365-day hot retention?
On paid plans, your logs stay searchable for 365 days, with no cold storage or archives to restore. The Free plan keeps logs for 3 days.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Founding users get free access during the private beta and 70% off at launch. Contact us about pricing for startups, educational institutions, and non-profits.
What payment methods do you accept?
