When you need more logs, apps, or longer retention, you can upgrade to a paid plan starting at $29/month. Paid plans include unlimited team members, 365-day retention, and significantly higher log volumes. Upgrade anytime with one click.
Really unlimited team members? No tricks?
Yes! Add as many team members as you want on all paid plans (Startup and above). We charge for log volume and apps, not people. Your entire engineering org, QA team, and support staff can access logs at no extra cost. Note: The Free plan includes 1 team member.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime with one click from your account settings. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my log limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime, or add extra log capacity at $10 per 50M logs/month. We won't cut off your logs without warning.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
